Pleasant, accommodating airport shuttle drivers and reception staff.

Very noisy air conditioning and generally expensive. In addition, the overall decor and facilities were no better than the more modestly priced hotels. Not worth the premium price paid. They could not even manage a Pina Colada in the bar (despite advertising cocktails) because they didn't have a blender! Our biggest criticism is that we were very disappointed in the hotel's refusal to reimburse us for having to cancel one night's stay. We booked two nights - one on our arrival to NY, and one prior to our departure. We had flight changes on our arrival, which meant we had to cancel our first night. This was done in excess of one month prior to the intended stay but they still demanded full payment. We would not book the Hilton again.

The staff were so friendly and very attentive to our needs. They gave us directions to get around in the city.

I loved everything about my stay at the Hilton.

The staff and customer service was very good. Very comfortable bed and linens. Room size okay too.

The rooms need updating. There was no place to hang a towel after showering. The AC/Heat unit made so much noise you couldn't hear the TV. No convenient place to go outside to smoke. Furnishings and lighting dull and dated.

The air conditioning was very noisy. It couldn't be adjusted and was either on and very loud or off and too hot

Better power in the room - attempting to charge phones, iPads etc was near impossible due to low wattage in the hotel.

Good restaurant and helpful staff. Comfortable clean rooms with tea and coffee. Decent pool.

Lack of staff at from t desk. Was told we didn't have a booking when we had made it back in March. Eventually found the booking and when we went to the room it was already occupied. Managed to get another room, but the whole process took nearly an hour.

you debit my account I initially paid $811.49 for the room through a third party and was charged again by your hotel.. I need your help correcting the matter.

I chose this facilty, my mistake. Should have known that this is really a corporate meeting centresort of place, not suitable for family tourists. Price are suitable for business visitors or those who are needing a stopover before their fligt form JFK. I will probably not choose it with my present needs.

The food was amazing! The beds were very comfortable. Large parking lot!

Extend the pool hours, at least for adults (6 am open time)

The beds are super comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the gym had a good collection of equipment. The shuttle heading to the airport every 30 mins was very convenient.

Food was hopelessly overpriced, there weren't any international plugs, my breakfast was prepared incorrectly, and the aircon made a pretty disturbing racket.
